Arrival Details

1. The Silverado Lodge is not set up for electronic (or pre) check-in.  This means that one trustworthy person from each room will need to check in for the entire room.  They will need to put a credit card on file and this is ONLY for damages – so know your roomies. There is no restaurant/bar services and I’ve been assured that there is nothing you can charge to the room. 

2. If you’ve reserved ski rentals – it’s top priority to pick your rental equipment ASAP.  If you have your own boots, get one of them out of your luggage to take to the rental area along with your rental contract.

3. We’ll have a Pizza dinner at Jeff's condo at 7pm on January 10th, arrival day.

4. We are NOT having a Welcome Party at the lodge upon arrival. Rather, we will each be provided $45 worth of Mountain Money vouchers. They are valid at Red Tail Grill, The Farm, Umbrella Bar, First Tracks, and also at any on mountain Day Lodge Restaurant. The vouchers cannot be used for gratuity and cash tips are preferred. There is also no change provided when using the voucher.
