Room Assignments

When we get off the bus, one person from each room will need to check in at the front desk.  This should be someone who is NOT picking up ski rentals. They can get keys for their roommates. They will need to put down a credit card for damages incurred.  I’m told that you can’t charge food/drinks/etc to the rooms, so this card will be charged only if you damage the room.

We are staying in Hotel Rooms (either a King or 2 Queens) and we also have 3 condos.  There may be a loft area in the condos. Room numbers are not available and may not be available until we arrive. We have requested that rooms be in the same area but our request hasn't been confirmed.
